Welcome to the Best Places to Work in the Coastal Bend 2008 Employer Nomination Survey.

Instructions:

Before beginning the survey it is recommended that have a human resource specialist or executive fill out this survey. It is also recommended that you print it out and answer it on paper. Then go back and complete the survey on- line. There are 36 questions, and it takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete the survey. Allow yourself plenty of time and try to be as accurate as possible. Data cannot be saved, so if you start filling it out on-line and cannot complete it, you will be required to start over.

The top ten companies in each category will advance to Finalist. Those company’s employees will complete the Employee Survey to determine which company in each category is the Best Place to Work in the Coastal Bend 2008. The winners will be recognized at the Awards Banquet at the Omni Bayfront Hotel on January 23, 2009.

Nomination Fee:

There is a Nomination Fee of $50. Once the Employer Nomination Survey has been completed on-line, please submit payment of the Nomination Fee to PO BOX 9064, Corpus Christi, TX 78469-9064

Checks should be made payable to CCHRMA.

Deadline:

October 17, 2008, is the deadline for Company nominations to be submitted.
