Congratulations to the companies nominated as a finalist. The second phase of the competition requires the completion of an anonymous survey by your employees.  Keep in mind that it is the employee survey that actually determines the winners.    We strongly encourage the survey be completed online at www.bestplaces2work.com.  However, if your staff does not have the capability of filling out the survey online, a copy is available here. You may print the survey and distribute it to your employees. Please mail printed copies to CCHRMA, PO Box 9064, Corpus Christi, TX 78469. The deadline for submitting employee responses is January 23, 2009.  

Each company will receive a unique company PIN number. This number will ensure the protection and fairness to each company and will need to be entered by each of the employees completing the survey. If misplaced, please have your HR director or person in charge of the survey call Jennifer Welp at 361-854-4122 (ext 1230) or John Otto at 361-855-2500 (ext. 25).

 The top 3 companies in each category will be recognized at the Awards Banquet at the Omni Bayfront Hotel on February 18, 2009.

Recognizing Talent

The Best Places to Work committee recognized the young talent available locally, and the succeeding workforce that continues to produce the Best Places to Work in the Coastal Bend. The Corpus Christi Human Resource Management Association will announce at the awards ceremony a $1000 scholarship check to be awarded to a student at Del Mar College enrolled in a Career and Technology degree plan.
